Linda works with parents and guardians, using a client-focused approach to Sleep Training, to help families attain their goals and improve their home life in a way that is comfortable for them. Having worked in many different settings, with individuals from all walks of life, Linda has a variety of approaches and will develop an Individualized Sleep Plan for each family to address their particular needs.

Linda believes that much like walking and talking, sleep is a skill that must be taught and learned. It is just as important as the other developmental milestones. Linda has evidenced-based methods which help families teach their babies how to settle themselves and get the sleep that they need.

Linda is a mother herself, with two sons, now adults. She can completely relate to sleepless nights. She taught her boys how to put themselves to sleep, but the methods used at the time were very different than what’s available today. The "cry it out" method worked well for her older son…but for her younger son, not-so-much.
After a new Mom in her extended family had glowing reviews about the benefits (and successes) of Sleep Training, Linda was compelled to learn more about it.

Today, as a Sleep Consultant certified by the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting, Linda is looking forward to helping parents find solutions that will sow the seeds of success.
Linda also belongs to the Ontario College of Social Work and Social Service Workers. Linda is a certified Triple P Group Leader and has led many parent groups for children of all ages. Linda graduated from Cambrian College as a Child and Youth Worker.
